Updates are slack i’m sorry about that i hope some people still come here. Thats my notice board above,yeah..
Some people do which is cool. Today was so good, woke up late then went out in the sunshine. It was a little cold but it felt like summer. There was a big group of riders, like 20 or so and every is safe as. good to have a scene at last coming from blewbury, eg a place in the middle of nowhere. I am having physio on my shoulder again, see how that goes maybe it will get better. Days in the sun await… summer reared its head today, bring it on! Might buy a new camera soon, looking into it at the moment. Went to a really nice little curved wall. Hard but fun, someone fell into the nush and a stick went in his nose and it bled.

There are so many good looking buiilding in cardiff its crazy, i need to take more photos.
Save the worst photo for last. I also got stoked today and got my hair cut by some freinds.
was gonan end update ther but i got stoked so gonna rabble some more.
so other day i open my window to let some air into my room, and a fcking mouse climbed in through my window.. little bastard hid from me and i had to pick him up and chuck him out the window.ithink he lives in my wall now.see if you can spot him! maybe its a her? not sure.
