So a sad day has passed; the final session down the woods for the year. This is a collection of shots I took the week before the last session, from 10 foot up a dead tree. The trails were running amazing, people were all shredding, smiles were present, everyone was having a real good time. Hope you enjoy these photo’s as much as I enjoyed shooting them and being in the woods.

Although the summer weather sucked this year, we still managed to get in a good amount of amazing sessions this summer. From having awesome people come stay every weekend when we moved to Oxford, to having big name American and UK pro riders come hang out and ride, to chilling with the other locals on quiet Sundays, lots of sessions were sweet. We had some rad bbq’s, Daz drank too much tea and Relentless, Aidans spins went mental and I spent to much time trying to get a good no hand shot with him. Most stuff built worked to which was grand. The Lightsinthewoods built alot of new stuff during wet summer days, which was bloody splendid, especially the amazing ‘Gym’ line. Some photo’s of the jumps even got in magazines, which i think makes it trendy or something. I only shot photo’s of riding down there a couple of times, which shows how much fun riding we had. This winter feels like it will be hard for me, after having spent last in Australia, but I’m sure kooked times will be had with people in Oxford and further afield. Everyone who visited loved the mainline too, which asures you that a line is fun. Next summer is going to be absolutely obscene down there, I can’t even contemplate right now what the place will look like 26 October 2009. So I haven’t stopped updating this, just trying to make some kind of money. Anyone who lives in Oxfordshire can now see my lovely pictures in various local newspapers (Oxford Mail etc). I have been shooting lots, saving the best ones for an article… Anyway here are a couple of quick shots.

Hello internet, it’s been a while. I’ve been having way too much fun to update this lately, but am tired so shall make a summer’s exception. Here’s a

little list of some of the fun things that I have been doing;

Got punched in the face by a fat chick

Drunk lots of red wine, cider and rum

Ridden the woods lots

Seen rad people I haven’t in a while

Went to four sets of trails in one day

Got sunburnt on my nose

Driven around really fast thinking I’m mega in my car

Hardly touched a skatepark in months

Went to Truck festival

Had lots of fires and bbq’s

Seen too many amazing places whilst working mostly three days weeks pretty much

Sent it ’til Sunday

Saw Russell Brand do stand up live and phone the police as part of the act (TREATS)

Even more things that I don’t remember…

So yeh, Luke Peeters came down with Stu and rode round a berm backwards mid pack, savage. He also took some t’riffic photo’s of myself and the boy with the golden guns.

Anyway, Truck was rad. Pipe rode a 10 foot bike whilst shouting, ‘Out the way, Lights in the woods mother fuckers!’ with Aidan on the back. We got nuts on stage. Lima necked a rockstar chick. I got stoked on Eddie the Eagle apparently. We had a nuts picnic. Aidan made it into the Oxford Mail. Bizzarely bumped into a rad girl from Btown as a walked around like a zombie early morning. Saw Camera Obscura do an awesome set. Pipe and I flicked the trip switch.

This is fun
